  1. Teachers can sometimes overlook teaching about Nutrition and health. I think all of the websites can be useful to parents or teachers of students with disabilities. Thanks for all of your great information.

  2. I liked going to the sites you posted because anyone (not just people with disabilities) can benefit from nutritional information. A common problem among children, and especially children with disabilities, is not eating a well-balanced diet. I believe schools need to discuss health and safety more than they do, and it's information that will help for life. At our day program, we try to help the individuals make good food choices when possible, but as adults, some are set in their ways. Teaching should start at the earliest of ages!!
